Position: Marketing Assistant / Content Creator

Dream Drive Campervans is a rapidly growing campervan builder that creates beautiful handcrafted campervans. We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Assistant to join our team and help us continue to grow our brand. Part-time (3 days a week) or full-time (depending on the candidate)

Responsibilities

  •   Work closely with the Marketing Team and Sales Team to develop and implement marketing strategies and events

  •  Create and manage social media content across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube etc.)

  • Write and edit blog posts and other SEO related content for the company website

  • Develop and maintain relationships with influencers, events, and Dream Drive van owners

  • Help plan and execute email marketing campaigns

  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness strategies and website analytics data

  • Assist with event planning and execution

  • Copywriting and content creation (Mainly in Japanese)

  • Help in the creation of sales and marketing materials both digital and print

  • Manage freelancers and various projects

    Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing or content creation

  • Language proficiency – Japanese (Native), English (Proficient conversational)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Japanese

  • Proficient in social media platforms and content management systems (CMS)

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Passion for travel and the outdoors (is a plus)

  • Part-time (3 days a week) or full-time (depending on the candidate)

    Benefits:

  • Hourly wage 1,350 yen to 1,800 yen based on experience (3 month trial period)
